Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Morocco. All orders include full tracking information sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Standard international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Made-to-order items require an additional 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping is free worldwide on every order. The price you see is the price you pay — no shipping charge is added at checkout, whatever your delivery destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are set and collected by that authority, are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in our product prices or covered by our free worldwide shipping. US orders ship directly from Morocco, so US import duty (about $20 on a $185 order) is collected by the carrier on delivery.

All products are carefully wrapped in protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Our brass lamps are packaged with custom padding and reinforced boxes to protect the delicate filigree work during transit.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at hello@marrakechlights.com or via WhatsApp at +1 812-874-4657. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
