We ship worldwide from Morocco. All orders include full tracking information sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Standard international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Made-to-order items require an additional 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

All products are carefully wrapped in protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Our brass lamps are packaged with custom padding and reinforced boxes to protect the delicate filigree work during transit.
