All products sold on Marrakech Lights are handcrafted by artisans in Fez, Morocco. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in pattern, color, and finish — this is a hallmark of authentic handmade craftsmanship, not a defect. Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your detected location. Final checkout prices are processed through Shopify in EUR and may be subject to currency conversion by your bank. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout hosted at lampstore-9277.myshopify.com. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Products marked as "Made to Order" are crafted specifically for your order by our artisans. These items typically require 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
